Becki joined the team in 2026, bringing with her nine years of experience in health, safety, and compliance within the construction industry. NEBOSH certified and highly knowledgeable, she combines technical expertise with a genuine, people-first approach.

Becki is committed to building a modern, proactive health and safety culture, ensuring colleagues, clients, and subcontracting teams are not only compliant, but truly supported and safe at every stage of their work.

Callum joined GT Lifting with a strong background and a decade of experience as a skilled plant operator. Since joining us in May 2025, he has played a pivotal role in supporting our customers on site.

As our Onsite Machinery Support Supervisor, Callum is proactive, solution-focused, and committed to delivering timely and effective resolutions for our machines on site.

He takes pride in building strong relationships with all of our clients, always ensuring clear communication and a high standard of service.

Callum’s technical expertise and dedication to problem-solving make him a key asset to the team, helping to keep our customers’ projects running smoothly and efficiently.

Sian joined GT Lifting in March 2024 as a Service Desk Administrator, bringing with her over eight years of experience in administrative roles. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and natural ability to manage service operations made her an invaluable part of the team and allowing her to quickly adapt to the industry.

From day one, Sian showed real commitment and leadership, which led to her progression into the role of Service Desk Manager. In her current role, she enjoys keeping everything running smoothly, supporting both customers and engineers, and making sure the service desk delivers a reliable experience every day.

Willie joined us back in 2022 as a Business Development Manager, bringing with him over 35 years of experience in account management and sales. His extensive industry knowledge and customer-focused approach means he has been able to understand our clients needs quickly and provide effective, practical solutions.

With a strong understanding of what it takes to keep projects running smoothly, Willie is dedicated to delivering a high level of service at every stage. He consistently puts the customer at the forefront, ensuring that all queries are addressed promptly and every challenge is handled with confidence and professionalism.

Willie’s experience and commitment to building lasting relationships make him a key and valued part of our Gt Lifting family.

JF started here at GT at the beginning of 2025 and shortly progressed into the role of Hire Desk Manager.

With 4 years of experience in the hire industry, JF demonstrates an exceptional ability for optimising the logistical efficiency of our hires across the country. He brings strong organisation and structure to the hire desk, leading with outstanding attention to detail and clear thought leadership. With a focus on practical operational solutions, JF consistently puts the customer first.

When he’s not at work, you’ll probably find JF losing to his friends at padel!

Damian’s career began in 2002 as an apprentice plant engineer at a local hire company. After qualifying, he took on a mobile engineer role, travelling across the UK to handle customer breakdowns. In 2008, he joined GT Lifting as a mobile engineer, where he has played a crucial role in workshop operations and technical support ever since.

Having worked with ROTO Telehandlers since their early UK introduction, Damian has an unrivaled level of knowledge on their evolution. As Workshop Foreman, he ensures seamless day-to-day operations while also playing a key role in the sales division, providing customers with technical guidance and aftersales support.

Jason’s construction career began in 1998 as a roofer and cladder, before transitioning into management in 2010. Over the years, he rose to Senior Projects Manager, gaining extensive industry experience and achieving multiple qualifications, including an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management and an NVQ Level 5 in Lifting Operations as an Appointed Person.

Having worked alongside GT Lifting for many years, Jason officially joined the team in 2021, bringing his in-depth industry knowledge and hands-on expertise. He is now an integral part of our technical lifting team, committed to taking the business to new heights.

Paul’s journey to GT Lifting took an unexpected turn from a decade-long career in finance to a hands-on role in the lifting industry. Since joining in 2016, he has rapidly progressed, leveraging his analytical mindset to develop expertise in technical lifting operations.

After starting in sales, Paul’s keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability became evident. Within a year, he earned his Appointed Person qualification, setting the stage for his leadership in the Contract Lift Division. Today, he is a driving force behind its success, offering customers the technical expertise and safety-critical knowledge essential for handling ROTO & Heavy Lift Telehandlers.

Now overseeing GT Lifting’s Technical Sales Division, Paul also lends his financial expertise to key business strategies.

When he’s not ensuring the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations, you’ll likely find Paul on the golf course, playing off a handicap below 10—just don’t expect to reach him before 5PM on a Friday!

Joe embarked on his career in the Telehandler industry immediately after completing his A-Levels, joining Merlo UK as a Sales Coordinator in 2006. Demonstrating exceptional aptitude for sales and business development, he advanced swiftly through the ranks to Regional Sales Manager and then National Sales Manager in 2014. During this period, he also completed a distinction-level MBA at Imperial College Business School, further strengthening his strategic and leadership capabilities.

Following a successful two-year tenure as UK Sales Manager for a specialist telehandler rental company, Joe joined GT Lifting in 2018 as Sales Manager. He progressed to Director & General Manager in 2021 and was appointed Managing Director of GT Lifting Solutions in 2023.

Joe is driven by a clear vision: to position GT Lifting Solutions as Europe’s leading specialist in ROTO and heavy-lift telehandler hire and sales. His leadership philosophy centers on assembling and empowering a team of dedicated industry professionals who align with his commitment to excellence, innovation, and ambitious growth.

When he’s not steering GT Lifting to success, you’ll find Joe dedicated to powerlifting—and making sure he eats seven times a day, much to the amusement of his colleagues!
