After 12 months of development with our partners at Manitou, we are excited to have announced the introduction of the MRT 4080 to our extensive Manitou ROTO collection.
This is a brand-new size of ROTO Telehandlers for Manitou. GT Lifting is proud to have purchased not only the world’s first machine, but also the first 10 in the UK.

These powerful lifting capacities offered by the brand new 4080, adds the versality and efficiency your site needs. Featuring an intelligent stop and start system that automatically shuts down the engine and hour meter during periods of idling, the machine helps reduce operating costs, improve productivity, and maximise value for customers, supporting greater profitability on every project.
This latest addition to the GT Lifting fleet arrives alongside a new generation of bespoke attachments. Among the latest developments is a newly designed, bespoke 8 tonne winch, incorporating advanced ergonomic and technical features to enhance performance, efficiency and ease of operation. Complementing this is a bespoke 3 tonne fly jib winch, expanding our ability to deliver tailored lifting solutions for each and every one of our customers.
We are also introducing a bespoke 9 tonne crane hook attachment for the 4080. While the 4080 is an 8 tonne machine, the crane hook has been specifically homologated for use with this model and is supported by a bespoke load chart. The reduced load centre achieved with the crane hook, compared with conventional forks, enables the machine to safely lift loads of up to 9 tonnes within the conditions specified in the load chart. This allows us to maximise the machine’s capabilities and deliver greater value to our customers.
